Owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Joe & Sam, Stripped Electrical Ltd is a thriving local Kapiti business, currently boasting a fantastic team of four. At Stripped, we pride ourselves on our energetic and adaptive approach, catering to each clients’ unique needs to generate successful outcomes and build strong, lasting relationships.
The Stripped Electrical family extends far beyond our core team. It includes our dedicated and loyal clients, fellow business owners, supporters and cheerleaders – everyone who understands that we're more than just a business; we're here to make a difference. And of course it also includes our furry friends! On-site, at the office, or riding around with the team, Ellie (black Retriever x Collie) and Moze (tri-colour Retriever x Shepherd Doberman) love meeting new people almost as much as we do!

Ben is the first employee of Stripped Electrical Ltd and since joining us in July 2023 has become an invaluable addition to the team. With a great sense of humour and a good understanding of the industry, Ben is your go-to-guy on site!
“I’m a laid back person who doesn’t like to make things to serious. With that said, I am also a very hands on person who is eager to tackle jobs head on and find the best solution for our clients. I enjoy the benefits of living on the coast in my spare time such as going fishing and getting involved in local sports.”
Sam
While her background may lie in graphic design, Sam’s true talents shine in her exceptional ability to connect with people and keep things running smoothly. With a keen eye for detail and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, Sam ensures that every interaction with Stripped Electrical Ltd is nothing short of exceptional.
“I’m a total ‘people-person’ so I absolutely adore getting to meet and know so many different individuals as a business owner and a very hands-on administrator. Between business and being a mum, there’s not a lot of time for much else, but I do enjoy a nice sweet treat and some reality TV at the end of the day!”
Joe
An Electrician by trade, but a leader in business and entrepreneur at heart, Joe brings a wealth of expertise and strong solution based, client focussed thinking to the Stripped Electrical Ltd team.
“I’m a unique business owner; introverted by nature but extroverted to tackle day-to-day company interactions. Although a challenge that my wife & I struggle with regularly, leaving work at the door when you get home & prioritising work-life balance is something we strive for and encourage within our team. I think every task deserves 110%, effort and love to cap off a successful day, week, or project over a cold drink with the team.”
